Ria has been Director of The North Wall Arts Centre in Oxford since 2017: www.thenorthwall.com
She is a director and producer, winning four Fringe-First Awards at the Edinburgh Festival.
Current productions include Rosie and Hugh’s Great Big Adventure, a family musical with music by Nick Cope (CBeebies) and book by Victoria Saxton; Pied Piper by Conrad Murray and the BAC Beatbox Academy (Co-Director); and Burnt Out in Biscuit Land by Touretteshero (Co-Director).

She has worked extensively with emerging and early-career writers and directors, running residencies and supporting the development of new plays through The North Wall ArtsLab programme. Ria was awarded the Leverhulme Bursary for Emerging Directors in 2010, becoming Resident Director at the National Theatre Studio. She was previously Assistant Producer and a Creative Producer at Watford Palace Theatre. She is an alumna of the Step Change Cultural Leadership Programme.
