Morgan Lloyd Malcolm’s ‘Typical Girls’ announced for production

Morgan’s upcoming play Typical Girls has been announced for production at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield this Autumn.

From Sheffield Theatres:

“A new punk musical play co-produced with Clean Break and directed by the company’s Joint Artistic Director Róisín McBrinn. In a mental health unit inside a prison, a group of women form a punk rock band to allow an outlet for their frustration. They find remedy in revolution, but in a system that suffocates, can rebellion ever be allowed?”

This ‘riotous’ production will be onstage from the 24th September - 16th October, with tickets going on general sale at 10am on the 17th July. Click here to find out more.
