Leanne Davis’s Directorial Debut - A Last Resort Wraps

Leanne Davis has just completed filming on A Last Resort, the short film she wrote and directed, working with producers Lucy Meer, Anna Friff and the BFI! Shooting took place in Saltburn-by-the-Sea in Yorkshire.

Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more professional, committed and brilliant cast and crew who all made my job super easy. Big shout out to my legendary producers @lucymeer and @anna_griff and @bfinetwork @alexzandrajack who believed in me from the very start and gave me the courage to do this. Plus @maryfarbrother and @abbe_robinson_ who turned my visions into a beautiful reality. Now into a quick edit before a short 4 week ‘hiatus’ in July and then grade and sound in August. And then onto my @aceagrams funded development period of my pregnancy romcom #ripe in November.
