Laura Carreira’s ON FALLING out in UK Cinemas today!

The long-awaited cinema release of Laura Carreira’s debut film ON FALLING is finally here! Produced by Ken Loach’s Sixteen Films, with BRO Cinema, the ICA, BFI, BBC Films and Goodfellas (with Conic distributing across the UK and Ireland).

Screenings are scheduled across the UK in Picturehouse, Curzon, Vue, Odeon and independent cinemas from today.

The film recently won the Best Film Prize at the Dublin Film Festival, and was long-listed for this year’s BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Debut. It was the winner of Best Director at the San Sebastian Film Festival in 2024, and the coveted Sutherland Prize at last year’s BFI London Film Festival .
