LEE WALTERS
Lee is an experienced animation, drama, and comedy writer. He has been Lead Writer on many children’s animated and live-action series, including The Lodge for Disney and Floogals for NBC Universal, which Lee co-created and was nominated for a Children’s BAFTA. The series also went on to receive a Daytime Emmy Award nomination. Lee wrote for 2 series of Silverpoint for CBBC and Hulu, which he co-created and acted as Lead Writer and Executive Producer. In 2022, Silverpoint Series 1 was nominated for a Children’s BAFTA in the Scripted category, and Lee was also nominated personally in the Writer category. In 2023, the series won the RTS Northern Ireland award in the Children’s and Animation category, and has been nominated again in 2024. Lee has also written several stage plays and adult comedy scripts. He is currently adapting a novel for Zodiak Productions.
