BETH EVANS
Beth is a writer and experienced development producer from London with a passion for telling stories about people trying to make sense of the world. She has developed ideas with BBC Studios; Pulse Films; and with the makers of The Trial of Christine Keeler; whilst her work has been performed by the Reflex Theatre, Norwich.
As a story editor and development producer, Beth has worked on numerous TV drama series including Hollyoaks, Holby City and Jane Austen’s Sanditon. She is now applying those skills to her own original ideas and scripts, including a series about young women in the era of the ladette and a comedy drama about a teenager with a compulsive desire to lie. She is currently under commission to BBC Studios.
In a former life, Beth was a reality TV story producer; a live music and entertainment producer; and most influentially, a waitress at Pizza Hut.
